Ship to Shore US Book Launch

M. Wells is hosting a lunch launch party in celebration of the publication of our friend John Bil's seafood compendium, Ship to Shore - Straight Talk from the Seafood Counter. Both a guide to ocean sustainability and treasure trove of practical and delicious recipes, Bil's book candidly offers a lifetime's worth of no-frills advice, experience, information and stories.

Please join us on November 4th at 12 noon at M. Wells Steakhouse, the restaurant that John helped us build. In remembrance of John, M. Wells and Frenchette will be making his old favorites; geoduck "a la peacock", fried clams, naked oysters, Solomon gundy, jars of bivalves in brine, chowders and some special drinks.
